What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use them to show you your account and to contact you about your orders. We do not receive your Google password.
Photos you upload are used only to generate your headshots. They are deleted from our servers automatically 7 days after your order is complete, and they are never used to train AI models.
How we use your information
To create and deliver your headshots, process payments, provide support, and send transactional emails such as receipts and download links. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. If we use analytics, data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and all associated photos at any time by emailing [email protected].
